Redesign in Progress

From UX Certificate to Real-World Skills

Originally created during my UX certification in 2019, this project was based on real insights from my years working in customer support for a rental car app. I’m now redesigning it to reflect my current skills — with cleaner UI, improved UX, and a design system in progress.

As part of this redesign, I’m also building a design system connected to front-end implementation using design tokens — a process I’ll showcase in more detail once complete.
